The Yoga Modules M1, M2 and M3 are addressed to the practitioners who are at the beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. Each Yoga module lasts one and a half hours and is held twice a week.
Our recommendation is that for the rest of the week you practice as much as you can at home or at our MAHA YOGA studio, choosing either the morning (Sunrise Yoga) or the evening (Moonlight Yoga) classes.
At these Yoga modules we suggest you come dressed in a light outfit, as much as possible from natural materials, and not to eat at least two hours before the module.
The Yoga Modules program includes the gradual presentation of some increasingly complex Yoga procedures and techniques and also the edifying theoretical elements for a thorough understanding of what you practice in the gym.
The yoga coaches will answer your questions and will guide your personal practice according to the problems you may face.
The Yoga Modules are aimed at aspirants who aim to practice systematically and who also want to deepen the practice of this traditional yoga path.
