La ce să te aștepți

Clasele de Yoga se adresează aspiranţilor care nu au posibilitatea de a participa constant şi regulat la Cursul de Yoga care are loc de două ori pe săptămână, în zile fixe. Puteţi opta pentru clasa de dimineaţă (Sunrise Yoga) sau pentru cea de seară (Moonlight Yoga) în oricare zi a săptămânii.

The duration of the Yoga class is one and a half hours. To participate in the Yoga class we suggest you come dressed in a light, comfortable outfit, made as much as possible from natural materials and not eat with at least two hours before beginning the practice. The program of the Yoga classes will always be the same and will include teaching asanas, without teaching new yoga techniques.

In order to participate to a MAHA YOGA class or module, please book your reservation in advance, either online or by phone with at least 2 hours prior to the beginning of the class or module. For the morning classes, the reservations will be made the day before.

The Yoga class is, therefore, a well-designed practice program, aimed at maintaining the physical, vital-emotional, psycho-mental and spiritual well-being, where you can participate at any time.
Prezentări teoretice

Practitioners who choose to come to the courses, can also participate in Yoga Classes as they choose, in the morning or in the evening. Those who participate in Yoga Classes may choose to supplement their yoga practice with certain theoretical presentations, which help in a better understanding of this millenary science.
